2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders & Submitted Photos

• Some products require you to submit photos or other content to complete your order.
• By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to share them with us and grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order.
• We will not share, publish, or use your submitted photos for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.
• We reserve the right to decline orders containing photos that are illegal, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot reship orders lost due to incorrect addresses without additional payment.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us on Telegram within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

6. Communication via Telegram

• We use Telegram to communicate order updates and coordinate custom orders.
• By providing your Telegram username, you consent to receiving order-related messages from us.
• We will not send unsolicited promotional messages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on merch.bunnyboy.tv — including logos, graphics, and text — is owned by bunnyboy.tv. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bunnyboy.tv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.
